At the same moment, in the solar cycle of the year, the fields stand bare and the seed is stored away. In the land of Israel, farmers begin to sniff the smell of rain. Winter looms, the fourth season of the year. The earth prepares to hibernate, go underground, build up reserves of strength to make new life.&lt;/p&gt;
